SERVICE & CANCELLATION POLICY Service Arrangement Good Tours Japan (“GTJ”) provides introduction and communication support for private chauffeur services in Japan. GTJ does not own or operate vehicles and is not a passenger transportation operator. All transportation services are provided by independently operated, properly licensed chauffeur or hire-car companies. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the transportation contract is entered into directly between the customer and the licensed transportation provider. The provider is responsible for the vehicle, driver, insurance, final quotation, payment, safety, and performance of the transportation service. Prices displayed on this website are reference prices. A booking is confirmed only after the customer accepts the final quotation and the transportation provider confirms availability. Cancellation Policy Unless different terms are disclosed before confirmation, the following cancellation charges apply: • Two or more calendar days before the service date: No charge • One calendar day before the service date: 50% • On the service date: 100% • No-show or cancellation after dispatch: 100% Cancellation timing is determined according to Japan Standard Time (JST). Non-refundable expenses arranged specifically for the booking may also be charged if disclosed in advance.
